Responsibilities:

  • Manage Team
  • Desktop ,Laptop Hardware setup including assembling troubleshooting ,installation ,configuration and troubleshooting of OS ,All types of app
  • Basic Network troubleshooting in desktops , laptops and printers.
  • Operating systems antivirus software updates logs in desktops laptop installation ,configuration and troubleshooting of IP phones headsets email configuration in desktops laptops user with printers handling services desk requests.
  • Managing the infra assets
  • Maintain pro activeness on alerts / tasks by using tools.
  • Create tickets for the critical alerts which have been escalated to seniors and updates the tickets with the appropriate information.
