Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate should have overall 3 years of experience and atleast 1 year as Team leader and should possess strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of employees to achieve company goals and objectives
• Provide guidance and support to team members in achieving their targets
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to team members to improve their performance
• Create and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and efficiency
• Ensure that team members adhere to company policies and procedures
• Maintain a positive work environment and foster teamwork and collaboration among team members
• Prepare and present reports on team performance to senior management

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-12 years of experience in team management or leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
