Languages known : Tamil,Excellent Communication in English , Hindi speaking is an advantange.

Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls with customers.
• Maintaining Lead Database records of the Clients & Prospects.
• Maintain Periodic Status Reports, Activities Reports, Calls Done, and Follow-up Reports.
• Recording Client's Feedback whenever required. (As Per Company).
• Supporting other office staff with organizational tasks.
• Sorting and distributing information timely.

Skills Required

• Computer Literate: Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good Communication Skills
• Adaptable to changes.
• Preferably in Telecom/B2B Directory/Matrimonial etc will be considered.
