Responsibilities:

Team handling

Acquisition of potential new Business Partner / Direct clients for Broking / Distribution as per Industry norms.

Ensure 90%of new Business Partner / Direct clients are active every month.

Work on Inactive new Business Partner / Direct clients to make them Active.

Advising new Business Partner / Direct clients on various investment ideas based on the suitability to their risk profile, return expectation, asset allocation, liquidity needs etc.

Responsible for delivering Mutual Fund, Broking Services, and other products targets.

Manage 90%of SIP Registered to Triggered ratio.

Ensuring 100% service delivery to assigned partners.

Revenue Generation through Business Partners/ Direct Clients as per Industry norms.

Requirements and skills

PG/Graduation in any stream.

Minimum 2 Years and Above Exp. With Good knowledge of financial domain(Broking, Equity, Mutual Fund, Insurance)

Should have good communication and convincing skills.

Should be open to work in target-oriented environment.

Willing to take initiative and ability to think outside the box.
