Sales Strategy and Planning:
Collaborating with sales management to develop sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive revenue growth.
Setting sales targets and KPIs for the team and monitoring performance against these metrics.
Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Process Optimization and Efficiency:
Implementing best practices and standardized processes for lead generation, sales pitch delivery, objection handling, and sales closure.
Identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the sales process and proposing solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity.
Utilizing sales tools and technology to automate tasks, track performance metrics, and enhance the efficiency of sales operations.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, with a track record of success in achieving sales targets
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with strong team management and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for lead management and performance tracking.
Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving business objectives.
Bachelor's degree in any specialization.
