Position- Team_Leader (Field Sales Team Lead)

Qualification - Graduation

Experience- 2 to 3 Years as a TL & 2 to 3 Years in Sales

Skills - Experience in sales & handling a team of 8 to 10 members

Mandate Requirements - Laptop , Android Phone , Two /Four Wheeler

Salary - 35 K to 40 K + Incentives ( Please do not apply if your expected salary is more than 35 K to 40 K )

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead at WheelsEye in Palanpur. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the transport team, ensuring smooth logistics, coordinating with truck owners and business partners, and optimizing trucking schedules for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics management, fleet coordination, and team leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and partnership management
• Knowledge of trucking operations, supply chain logistics, and transportation industry
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure
• Experience with transport management software and technology tools
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
