Healthcare Team Lead (US/UK)
Employment Details:
- Job type: Permanent(Onsite)
- Location:Viman Nagar, Pune
- Shift Timing: (6 pm 3 am IST) ONSITE
- Monday Friday (Saturday and Sunday are fixed off)
- Salary: As per industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier healthcare professionals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to ensure a competitive recruitment approach.
Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for healthcare positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
Compliance and Quality:
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and standards.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold recruitment standards.
Performance Metrics:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the healthcare recruitment team.
- Regularly analyze and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Education and Experience required:
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, with a minimum of 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership Skills and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare recruitment processes and industry nuances.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Hands on experience in recruitment is requiredand if needed Candidate shouldbe willing to do the recruitment as well.
