Role :
Possess strong repair knowledge and expertise.
Maintain relationships with partners and vendors.
Optimize repair processes and ensure service quality.
Provide technical guidance and prioritize repair requests.
Travel as needed to client sites or partner locations for collection and Service Issue..
Requirements:
Proven experience in laptop repair, preferably in a Lead role.
Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to travel as required.
Bachelor's degree.
