Job Title: Technical Team Lead - Telematics
Location: Pune, India

Key Responsibilities:
Telematics and IoT:
- Lead the implementation and management of telematics solutions for Spiro's electric vehicles, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Utilize IoT technologies to collect, transmit, and analyze vehicle data, driving insights and improvements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and product management, to enhance and optimize telematics solutions.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of telematics systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
Web Development:
- Develop and maintain web-based applications related to telematics systems using HTML and CSS.
- Ensure web applications are user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with best practices in web development.
- Work with design and development teams to create intuitive interfaces and deliver an exceptional user experience.
Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telematics engineers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Define project requirements, scope, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Technical Expertise:
- Drive the development and enhancement of telematics systems, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in telematics and IoT, incorporating innovations into our solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal system performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience in telematics and IoT technologies, with a proven track record in managing complex projects.
- Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS, with experience in developing and maintaining web-based applications.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide and motivate technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with vehicle telematics systems and data integration.
- Familiarity with additional web development technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular).
- Experience with cloud platforms and data analytics tools.
