Job Description-
- Ensure and manage Daily/Weekly/Monthly performance and sales of Team members.
- Motivate the Sales Team Members to maintain highly competitive and positive environment on floor.
- Ensure all process related TAT are met with timely delivery of desired output.
- Participate in Weekly/Monthly Performance reviews, helping to develop and drive
strategies and programs which improve the overall performance of the teams and the segment.
- Manager will be responsible for overall- Planning, structuring, directing and executing tasks, process adherence, expectation and goal setting.
- Should be training, rewarding, disciplining employees, should be actively involved in staffing new employees.
- Should be able to root the problem and shall be able to solve it.
- Ability to drive quality, productivity, and process improvements and keep pace with our growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely partner- focused and metrics driven environment.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of total work experience with a minimum of 2 years in Telesales team management,
- Should have good knowledge of motor insurance.
- Should have managed a team of at least 10 executives.
- Exposure to high scale selling is must.
- Should have excellent data management skills. (An expert in excel)
- Should be flexible to work in different shifts.
- Language Preference- Tamil, Telegu, Kannada
