Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader who has a proven track record in the school industry and is adept at handling client relationships. The ideal candidate will lead a team of approximately 10 members, ensuring they meet their targets and contribute to the company's growth through cold calling, physical meetings, and referrals.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with school clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including cold calling, physical meetings, and referral-based approaches.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Training and Development: Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Growth and Expansion: Contribute to the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities and potential clients in the school industry.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports for senior management on team performance, client feedback, and market trends.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the school industry, with a focus on sales and client relations.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the educational technology sector and school industry.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a flexible, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
