Job Description
Team Lead/ Sr. Specialist Facility Strengthening will closely work with officials of Department of Health and Family Welfare and Department of Medical Education to strengthen facility based care in secondary and tertiary care hospitals in Uttar Pradesh. S/he shall provide techno-strategic support to the state in establishing networks of care which shall involve developing and implementing strategies to to expand the services package at secondary and tertiary care facilities, including but not limited to providing pre-referral management for cases STEMI & Stroke; provision of mechanical ventilation services at district hospitals etc. S/he shall support in designing, implementing and monitoring strategies for capacity building and continuous mentoring of medical personnel including doctors, nurses and paramedical staff.
