Job Description
Objective: Ensure adherence to client SLA and quality matrices, responsible for mentoring, grooming, and optimal utilization of team resources.
Responsibilities
- Auditing:
- Verify the accuracy of information entered by Data Entry Operators.
- Analyze Accounts Receivable, cash flow, and target setting for cash flow.
- Eligibility Verifications (EV) Callers:
- Handle escalated calls contacting Insurance companies/Patients/Hospitals.
- Reporting:
- Generate periodic reports on Revenue recognized for management review.
- Estimate daily workload, plan for the team, and assign tasks to individuals.
- Team Management:
- Manage attrition and ensure quick ramp-up of new team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings to maintain a healthy and motivating environment.
- Provide feedback and arrange appropriate training to optimize team performance.
- Project Planning and Delivery:
- Plan projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards defined in client SLA.
- Independently interact with client counterparts on day-to-day issues.
- Performance Evaluation:
- Contribute to the performance evaluation of team members.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide inputs for automation.
- Interviews:
- Conduct operations round interviews from CSE to Team Coach Position.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on latest developments in the domain with respect to products and services offered in the field.
- Proactive Issue Resolution:
- Proactively detect potential quality or data issues/ delays in meeting project timelines and take action after discussion with the manager.
- Flexibility:
- Flexible to travel to other office locations to conduct domain trainings as and when required.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years experience in the same field including 1-2 years of team handling.
- Any Graduate with proficiency in computer skills and web search.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
