Role we looking in for

Position: Assistant Manager - Sales

Level T2

Experience Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In Sales Domain

Minimum 2 years of experience in Team Management

Minimum 1 year of Real Estate experience preferred (but not mandate)

Age Criteria Max 28 to 29 years

Qualification Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Location preference Bangalore

No Relocation candidates to apply

Sundays will be working and Mondays will be week off

About The Role

Looking for Team Leader - Sales with outgoing personalities who have a knack for motivating others to meet goals in a sales environment and derive required target figures

Job Responsibilities

Coaching

  • Assisting team members reach their full Sales potential as a main objective. Ability to support and motivate sales agents, ensuring the success factor within their deals
  • Revisiting targets and on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis and figuring out challenges and mitigating them to ensure we hit the target
  • Ensuring Sales Associates (SA) motivation and performance

Salesman ship

  • Train Sales personnel to build rapport, ensure client trust and make a sale on regular basis

Team Management

1 Oversee the Sales team target and handle any issues pertaining to respective team members reaching close towards his target figures

  • Ensure regular feedback for SAs

Managing Escalations and being the bridge with PM team and Owner sales team

  • Fedback for and from Property Management Team

Measure and manage team performance with leading indicators; (TAT, Visits)

Business Acumen

  • A thorough understanding of a business, along with its achievements, objectives and goals to drive Sales. A strategic thinking with managerial mindset is pre-requisite
  • Understanding of projects insights
  • Analysing and communication of inventory requirements
  • Collections along with Property Management team

A Successful Candidate For This Role Requires

Very good at understanding and Analysing factor at play to design targets

Enjoy being with people; extraversion is key (High)

Candidates from Bangalore location will only be preferred

No outstation candidates to apply

  • Team Leading experience is the must

This is a team lead role and not an Individual contriubutor

Expertience range more that 4 - 5 years , should not apply

Compensation

Fixed : (depending on interview)

Incentives on sales revenue
