KRA- Sales, Team Handling,
Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets in the US market.
- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement.- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the sales process.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss targets, achievements, and challenges.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company's products and services
