Team Lead- Sales Intern

About the Job

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Hiring sales interns

2. Arranging training for the Interns

3. Following up with day-to-day activities with the sales interns

4. Ensuring the interns are performing by motivating them

5. Helping the interns close their sales

6. Ensuring interns get the incentives on a timely basis

7. Sending updates and status reports on a daily/weekly basis

Salary Revision

Based on the performance of the TL in the first three months, salary revision will happen in the fourth month. Salary range will be 2.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA based on the performance of the candidate. Targets-Salary details will be shared with the candidates.
