We are seeking an experienced
Team Lead - Recruitment to oversee our recruitment team and ensure an exceptional hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, a strong grasp of technical hiring, and the leadership skills to inspire a team of recruiters. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to meet individual and team goals, ensuring high standards of
performance and accountability.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to attract, assess, and retain top talent across various technical roles.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and department heads
to understand hiring needs, provide insights, and optimize recruitment processes.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding. And independently working on high-value roles
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Drive initiatives for operational improvements and automation.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyse recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire) to identify trends, forecast needs, and improve the
hiring process.
- Talent Sourcing: Oversee and develop strategies for multi-channel sourcing, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the sales/clients to build and promote the employer brand to attract quality candidates.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure the recruitment process incorporates best practices

Skills Required:
- Experience: 6+ years in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a lead or managerial role, ideally within a recruitment company catering to SaaS/product companies roles.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of recruiting for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, SDETs, DevOps, etc.) and niche roles across various
domains.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience in coaching and mentoring recruitment teams, setting performance metrics, and best practices, and fostering a
collaborative environment.
- ATS and Data Proficiency: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and data management tools. Experience with Boolean search on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Github, Stackoverflow, x-ray search
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, stakeholders, and team members.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics, reporting, and using insights for process improvement.
- Client and Stakeholder Focus: Ability to manage expectations, provide regular updates, and deliver a high-quality hiring experience.
