Job Description

4) Key Result Areas / Accountabilities: Write the key results expected from the job and the supporting actions for each of these key result areas (For a majority of jobs typically there could be 4- 7 key result areas)


nStrategic projects Implementation


n
  • nCollaborate with CEO and Function Heads to identify key strategic and improvement projects in Sales, Partner management and relating functions to help business drive revenue growth
  • nMonitor the implementation of strategic initiatives / special projects through functions on an ongoing basis and tracking and reporting feasibility of the same to CEO and senior management
  • nLead and deliver clear and tangible benefits at project closure
  • nLead Change Management for these projects to drive adoption and facilitate necessary changes by influencing policy and process changes.


nProject Governance


n
  • nEstablish and manage project methodology incorporating structures, standards, processes, documentation, and reporting which is agile, fits the needs of the project and puts emphasis on the quality of decision making and timely project delivery.
  • nClosely review, monitor and drive completion of projects in predefined timeframe


nImplement framework to improve Business & process maturity


n
  • nIdentify and Map Out Business processes, assess these processes on applicable Domestic & international Excellence frameworks like Malcom Baldridge, COPQ , CII excellence framework, ISO, PCMM ,CMMI, ITIL ,etc.
  • nFacilitate reengineering & action of feedbacks received from assessments to achieve Benchmark levels of Quality, Process Excellence and Customer satisfaction and improve Business & process maturity.
  • nLead and oversee forums for regularly reviewing the progress with the Leadership team of the Businesses as well as across Businesses and working with the teams to eliminating the issues faced during implementation, leverage the same to share of best practices & recognize high performing processes by publishing success stories on the various implementations
  • nLead and drive participation in various external awards and competitions


nMonitor Business process performance indicators through deployment of Scorecards, SLAs and TAT monitoring

  • nDevelop & publish dashboard on business process performance indicators and support in identification of improvement opportunities
  • nCollaborate with Senior Management & the Business teams to identify & define the Strategic, Business & process level indicators
  • nDevelop measurement processes, evaluate areas of low performance and plan actions for improving the performance
  • nCollaborate with business and functional teams in identifying the improvement projects based on the KPI performance


nInstitutionalizing Excellence and deployment of Excellence model


n
  • nLiaise and establish channels of communications and develop actions for deployment of excellence processes across the business verticals
  • nPlan and conduct training to build specific competencies on various areas like 5S, Waste, COQ etc & facilitate creation of Model branches & Lean champions.
  • nDevelop & institutionalize Business Continuity planning which would including designing the processes, implementation, testing & acceptance & maintenance as well as continued analysis
  • nContinuous evaluate areas of application of emerging technologies like artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation ,NLP, etc & facilitate execution
  • nEstablish a team-based structure and facilitate deployment
  • nAssess the progress of the units based on the internal assessment process and plan for actions to accelerate the progress.


nDrive Quality & Business Excellence Projects


n
  • nIdentify opportunities and support businesses to achieve significant tangible benefits through Six Sigma, Lean, COQ and other approaches through identification and execution of projects and sustaining the gains to achieve significant tangible business benefits
  • nDrive project identification session with the Leadership teams of the businesses
  • nReview, monitor and facilitate completion of projects in predefined timeframe
  • nShare progress and impact at leadership meetings.

nDrive participation of projects in external forums to develop competitive advantage and external recognitions


nBusiness engagement & stakeholder relationships


n

  • nActs as a Process Excellence evangelist across the business, maintaining strong relationships with Functional heads and Senior Management to educate and drive cultural changes to support business strategies.
  • nWorks in partnership with business stakeholders providing Process Excellence expertise to identify and shape opportunities that drive improved customer experience, efficiency, and risk reduction.
  • nProvides appropriate challenge to the business to embed continuous improvement as a culture and support the delivery of outcomes in conjunction with the Change and Implementation Lead.
  • n Accountable for the engagement model from inception through to implementation of projects, driving a program of improvement whilst promoting the team and its benefits across the organization.


nCompetency Building


n
  • nDrive competency building projects in area of Lean Six Sigma and other relevant specialized initiatives across the all the business verticals by designing training modules relevant to ABFL
  • nPlan and Conduct Training programs and support the resources by implementing the learnings and achieving the Six Sigma related certification through internal and external resources
  • nDesign and implement strategies and action plans for helping the business to harness the full potential of the Lean Six Sigma approaches


nMarket Scan (Internal/External Benchmark)


n
  • nLead Benchmarking Cell within the quality team, in order to Benchmark processes within ABC vs Competition. Replication of Best Practices to be driven through the respective CEOs.
  • nLeverage Knowledge Management on Group portals & various external sources as well as benchmarking studies.


nManage Group level common initiatives as well as External forums recognitions


n
  • nLead and drive various Group levels sessions & participation in External forums for promoting the high performing processes & well executed projects
  • nDrive participation by relevant sections of employees in these various events.
