Planning, coordinating, and overseeing IT projects from inception to completion.
Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Estimating project timelines and allocating resources effectively.
Monitoring project progress and ensuring that deadlines are met.
Identifying and mitigating risks that may impact project success.
Communicating project status and updates to stakeholders.

Technical Expertise

Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in IT.
Providing technical guidance and support to team members when needed.
