Job Location: Pune
Experience Required: 5 to 10 years
Education: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree with experience in relevant field OR Equivalent & Satisfactory work experience in relevant field.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and scopes while coordinating with clients, engineers, and teams.
- Manage project costs, track expenses, and ensure the project stays within budget.
- Lead HVAC technicians and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project specs and timelines are met.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and obtain necessary permits.
- Identify risks and resolve issues promptly.
Candidate Requirement
- Should have experience in HVAC mechanical piping, plumbing and sheet metal
- Should have sound knowledge of various systems involved in HVAC and should have basic knowledge of design
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Should have a good knowledge of AutoCAD. Shall be able to make changes in the drawings as per Site Installation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good Communication.
