Required Profile
- Minimum 12 years of experience in IT Engineering tools & applications
- Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Team player with excellent communication skills in English (perhaps German)
- Many years of professional experience as an application administrator for PLM systems, especially Teamcenter
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server / Windows Clients / AZURE
- Motivation, self-drive and interest in innovation and improvement of our customers business processes
- Willingness to take on roles that match previous training and skills

- Professional, partly disciplinary leadership of local team
- Strategic collaboration in the further development of the global PLM environment
- Support of the assigned technology/application portfolio
- Taking over the release planning and realization of deployments
- Coordination of internal projects
- Collaboration with external partners
- Further development and training of the local team
- Performance appraisal and annual employee appraisals
- Development and maintenance of internal knowledge management
- Prioritization and scheduling of work packages to be implemented.
- Organization of local team meetings
