Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead at One97 Communications Limited in Salem. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team, setting goals, and ensuring the team meets targets. They will also be involved in training and development, performance management, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
