Responsibilities :
Deliver into the key Onboarding/ODD priorities and cross departmental projects agreed with the Global head of Onboarding/ODD
Manage daily processing to ensure compliance, timely execution, and focus on digitalization, standardization, and centralization.
Plan, develop, and motivate direct reports. Monitor workload and escalate issues related to resource capacity.
Implement and maintain effective quality controls. Provide MIS reports to track and assess control effectiveness.
Ensure efficient Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes. Conduct ongoing due diligence.
Develop simple, transparent processes to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of global policies and procedures. Ensure work instructions are current and regularly reviewed.
Provide data to support efficient capacity control and ensure flexible resource utilization.
Escalate critical issues to ensure they are visible and addressed promptly.
Oversee and prioritize projects and initiatives impacting the team.
Collect, analyze, and present Management Information System (MIS) reports and other ad hoc management reports.
Develop and attract the right team members. Maintain and enhance Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge within the team.
Your Profile
As a person you come across as team-player who is professional, analytical, solution-oriented, positive and energetic. Further we are looking for a candidate with the following professional competencies :
Possess 12 to 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in leadership role.
Have in-depth knowledge of AML/KYC processes for corporate and private clients.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, driving performance and fostering a collaborative environment
Exhibit utmost professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness in all interactions and responsibilities.
Demonstrate a curious, collaborative, and outgoing nature, thriving in diverse environments.
