Position: Team Lead - Inside Sales

As a Team Lead at RiseUpp, you will manage a team of 10-15 inside sales associates, focusing on driving team sales targets for our online degree programs, including MBA, MCA, BBA, and BCA. You will play a crucial role in helping learners choose the best educational path by offering expert guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 inside sales associates, ensuring effective counseling and conversion through proactive calling and lead generation.
  • Drive Sales Targets: Lead your team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for online degree programs such as Online MBA, MCA, BBA, and BCA.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Actively generate leads and referrals, and counsel prospective students to convert leads into enrollments.
  • Performance-Driven Environment: Ensure your team meets daily goals for call connections, lead generation, counseling, and talk time in a high-performance setting.
  • Pre-Sales Nurturing: Develop strong interest in RiseUpp programs among potential students by nurturing all leads. Acquire in-depth knowledge of major RiseUpp programs within your first week.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to provide updates on lead status and support them in understanding the specifics of leads generated by your team.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain a detailed daily tracker in MS Excel for your team's activities, including connects, follow-ups, leads generated, validated, and the status of leads passed on to sales.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Sales-Driven Professional: A sales enthusiast who thrives on meeting targets and has exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experienced Leader: Proven track record of successfully leading a team of 10-15 individuals in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment, preferably with experience at companies like Simplilearn, Jaro Education, Hike Education, Unext Learning, UNIVO Education, USDC Global, or EduKyu.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders, including sales and management teams.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) is essential for effective tracking and reporting.
