Responsibilities
. Contract Lifecycle Management: Execute the entire contract lifecycle, from creation, amendments to closure and renewal.
. Contract Analysis: Understand, analyze, and manage contracts effectively.
. ERP Proficiency: Expert in SAP, with a preference for SAP ByD.
. Tool Knowledge: Working knowledge of SFDC or other CRM tools.
. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders within client organizations.
. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
. Flexibility: Willingness to work in any shift and from an office environment.
. Communication: Drafting contracts and conveying complex information to stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication
. Training
o Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
o Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
o Ability to design and develop training manuals, and course materials
o Ability to provide process training to a team
o Manage structured learning sessions and monitor their quality results
