We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join us as a Team Lead for Rider Onboarding and Operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to onboard new riders onto our platform and oversee the efficient management of orders carried out by these riders. The Team Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring daily logins, meeting service level agreements (SLAs), maintaining order acceptance rates, adhering to time limits, ensuring proper delivery, and resolving on-ground problems promptly.
