Team Lead - Entrepreneur in residence

An exciting opportunity for ambitious candidate who is interested in building a versatile team and drive disruptive business operations.

You will have the opportunity to work with global experts, cluster partners, technologists and customers. You will be responsible of managing the team's delivery. The right candidate will build the business to self-sustain and will potentially elevate internally in the organization / cluster partners.

Primary Objectives of this role:

1. Work with management and partners to understand strategy, implementation roadmap and optimize execution.
2. Build and nurture a core team of highly skilled and committed professionals for each business area.
3. Manage each project to deliver on time and within budget. Be creative and tenacious to deliver the vision using limited resources.
4. Source and manage resources relevant to each cluster project.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proven capability / track record for building a high performance team.
• Entrepreneurial drive and mindset.
• Professional experience and knowledge in atleast one or few of the following business areas:

+ International Logistics and Freight forwarding

+ End to end Procurement and supply chain management

+ Fintech, related latest development and technologies.

+ Branding, Creative marketing, Unique IP content development, Graphics design, video editing and animation.

+ Software development - Web, Mobile app and platforms.

+ Sustainability, circular economy, cost modelling, benchmarking - related to logistics, carbon footprint, resource consumption.

• Strong team, program management and delivery skills with fundamental knowledge of sales and business development.
• Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and lead by example.
• Adaptable and resilient to market changes and take initiative to find alternative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English language. Knowledge of local languages in India such as Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, etc would be an added advantage.
