This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead - EdTech at SLBS Marklance in Ernakulam. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing educational programs, managing faculty teams, ensuring curriculum quality, and driving positive change through education. The role involves leading and mentoring a team to empower students and help them succeed in their chosen fields.

• Leadership, Team Management, and Educational Program Development skills
• Experience in curriculum development and quality assurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of EdTech trends and tools
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
