Receive base from client and check for insufficiency
Allocate the base to team and update the tracker
Check the status of initiated cases
Ensure insufficiency report is shared on weekly basis
Follow up with team when and where required for closure of cases
Ensure the report is generated within TAT, updated it in portal
Ensure that notes are updated for IC
Ensure client mails and calls are handled efficiently
Ensure action tracker is updated on daily basis
Co-ordinate with clients via mail, candidate and verifiers for closing lateral insufficiency
Customer Experience:
Making organical touchpoints(Mail or Call) and ensuring status report twice in a week
Following connection and get and give the like and share on social media also receiving review for our blogs
Performance Management:
Manage the Team to improve the performance
Review the Team members performance every week
Ensure to explore new initiatives to create win-win culture
Implement crisis management as and when require
