This is your role. What part will you play
This is PL7 role based out of KW wherein the candidate should be capable to lead the Proposals and BD function.
He/She is required to interact with customers and internal partners, vendors so as to ensure and more importantly visit the customers. Technical know-how of SIEMENS MV and LV Switchgears, Switchboards, Schemes with Distribution Transformer knowledge alongside will be mandatory.
Professional with Qualification of B.E. (Electrical) and MBA Marketing / Finance up to 10-15 years of successful experience in a directly related field. Candidate must have professional English written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills to communicate and interact effectively as a leader for the role and assigned responsibilities.
Candidate needs to critically monitor the milestones, anticipate the challenges ahead of time so that probable resolutions can be planned in advance and ensure the committed targets are delivered.
Candidate should monitoring the following topics (Not limited to)
.Able to represent and resolve the tecno-commercial topics with the customers and internal partners
.Handle the team dynamics within Proposals and BD. Expected Team size is 3 (On Roles).
.Drive the PLM topics with the Segment, BU and HQ management.
.Able to capture and analyze the manifold datapoints and devise probable long / medium / short term strategies for the portfolio
.Represent EA BU so as to promote available products / solutions & demonstrate basket approach.
.Identify and drive excellence initiatives needed for business and identify / nominate the right team members
.Business Development along with Sales regions/ICB Partners to discuss the opportunities pipelines available on short and long term basis
.PLM topics
.Strategy Support to internal and external partners i.e. Customers/Sales/ICB team with strong negotiation skills
.Have sound knowledge of competition and its portfolio
.Providing Sales with product information relevant for market & competitor data
.Handle the escalations pertaining to Proposals & BD functions
.Knowledge of complete business cycle encompassing Order Management and Operations functions to have wholistic approach during decision making
.Shadow the Order Management and Operations Lead roles on need based basis.
.Q Objectives for timely and correct offer submissions.
