Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Team Lead role at BrokerSaathi in Gurugram. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing a team of brokers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations, fostering a positive work environment, and driving team performance to achieve business objectives.
