Need minimum 4-5 years of overall bpo experience
- Minimum 1.5-2 years of Team Leader experience into customer service (inbound/blended process)
- Graduation is a mandate
- The candidate should possess good coms skills in English and Hindi
- The candidate should be good with Operation matrix such as CSAT, Attrition, Shrinkage, AHT, etc
- The candidate should be good with Analitical and Team Handling skills
- 9 Hours of shift with 1 day rotational Week Off
- Working window will be between 7am to 11pm
- No Cab will be provided
- CTC can go upto 25% on current ctc max upto 6lpa
- Immediate Joiners will be preferred
