Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Team Lead BFSI Recruitment. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for the Banking and Financial Services Industry. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. You will also be responsible for overseeing and mentoring a team of recruiters.

• Team Management and Team Leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the BFSI industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
