Immediate Requirement - Microsoft Power Automate Desktop
Overview: We are seeking a proficient and experienced individual to lead our team in harnessing the power of Microsoft Power Automate for Desktop (formerly known as Win Automation) to streamline and automate various business processes. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate for Desktop. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, manage the team's workload, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of developers and automation specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Will be responsible for Project Management, Automation Development, Stakeholder Collaboration, Quality Assurance, Risk Management.
- Regular on site communication with team members, stakeholders and other departments to gather requirements, provide status update.
- Provide training and support to team members and end-users on the use and maintenance of automation solutions, promoting self-service capabilities where applicable.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies related to process automation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Requirements:
- Educational qualification Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience of 5 -8 years in leading teams and managing projects related to process automation.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate for Desktop (formerly WinAutomation), including proficiency in building and debugging automation scripts, RPA tools AA, UiPath, MSpower platform, Workato, Parascript, indico DataUiPath.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, principles, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Automate or related technologies are desirable but not required.
