Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Lead a High-Performing Sales Team: Create and nurture a team of Academic Sales Representatives, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and Maintain Strategic Relationships: Build and sustain long-term, trusting relationships with high-volume customers, and oversee your team's efforts in doing the same.
  • Counselling and Course Guidance: Assist students and parents in making informed decisions about the courses offered at RGU, offering expert guidance on course selection.
  • Exceed Sales Targets: Set and monitor sales targets for your team, working collaboratively to achieve and surpass these targets on a regular basis.
  • Customer Interactions: Interact with customers (face to face) and educate them about the courses and benefits of choosing RGU and SNU
  • Lead Conversion: Oversee the conversion of leads received through various channels, ensuring efficient follow-up and closure of sales.
  • Build Sales Pipeline: Identify potential leads and references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline for your team.
  • CRM Management: Ensure that the team accurately documents and updates all customer interactions and daily activities using Google Forms and other CRM tools.
  • Handle Objections and Negotiations: Assist your team in handling objections and price negotiations to generate sales and maximize revenue.
  • Counselling Expertise: Utilize your excellent counselling skills and proven expertise in academic sales to clarify doubts and queries related to courses, fees, and other concerns, ultimately converting inquiries into admissions.
  • Guidance to Prospective Students: Take responsibility for guiding prospective students and their parents, providing insights into the learning experience at RGU.
  • Requirements
  • Minimum Graduate
  • MBA will add advantage
  • Experienced in Education Sales
  • Can handle a team of minimum 3
