SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not have direct reports but may mentor less experienced associates in the role.

QUALIFICATIONS Required Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor s degree; or 8 years and a Master s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent work experience Extensive knowledge of GAAP accounting and SEC reporting requirements Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems Strong analysis and project management skills Ability to effectively delegate and/or supervise Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Accounting Degree, CPA Understands the competitive landscape from both a business and technical perspective
