Job Summary:The Team Leader - Computer Service is responsible for overseeing a team of technicians who provide technical support and services to customers. This role involves managing the team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, resolving complex technical issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Tickets should be closed with TAT.
Team Management:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of computer service technicians.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, set goals, and address any challenges.- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.- Manage the distribution of work among team members based on their skills and expertise.
Address and resolve complex technical issues that require advanced troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and other quality standards.
Customer Support:
- Act as a point of escalation for customer inquiries and concerns.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in service delivery processes and implement solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve service offerings.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, issues, and resolutions.
- Communicate key updates and changes to team members.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role in a computer service environment.
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
