We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced teacher to join our Management & Commerce Department. The ideal candidate should have 5-15 years of experience with a proven track record of teaching and mentoring students in the field of management and commerce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality lectures and educational materials in management and commerce subjects
• Create and grade assignments and exams to assess student learning
• Provide individualized feedback and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals
• Mentor students in their personal and professional growth
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the field of management and commerce
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the curriculum and learning experience for students
• Participate in departmental and institutional activities, such as committees, events, and research projects

Skills and Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree in management or commerce from a recognized institution
• 5-15 years of experience in teaching management and commerce subjects in India
• Excellent knowledge of management and commerce theories, principles, and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic and professional goals
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and instructional design
• Familiarity with technology and online learning platforms
• Proven ability to conduct research and publish scholarly articles in management and commerce journals
• Willingness to work in a collaborative and diverse environment
