Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Telugu language and literature, with a focus on primary education. The Telugu Primary Teacher will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging classroom environment, developing lesson plans, and delivering effective instruction to students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in Telugu language and literature to primary school students.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that align with educational standards and school policies.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Assess and evaluate students progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Provide individualized support and feedback to students to help them improve their language skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students academic and personal development.
- Maintain accurate records of students attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
- Participate in professional development activities and stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and trends in Telugu education.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as cultural programs and language clubs, to enhance students learning experiences.
- Foster a safe and respectful classroom environment that promotes mutual respect and positive behavior.
