We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Abacus and Phonic Teacher to join our pre-school team. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching young children and a strong understanding of the abacus and phonics teaching methods.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that incorporate both abacus and phonics teaching methods
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of each student
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
Requirements
- Previous experience teaching young children
- Knowledge of abacus and phonics teaching methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic attitude
