Responsibilities
Develop concepts for equipment and systems to meet the requirements.
Guiding Designers For Following
- Effective, state-of-the-art and proven technical specifications.
- Electrical room equipment layouts, Cable Tray layouts, Cable routings.
- Layouts of GIS & AIS switchyards (765kV / 400kV / 220kV / 66kV).
- Preparation/ review of Cable schedules and Interconnection schedules.
- Overall SLDs and MCC schedules
- Load list preparation/updation based on process/mechanical / vendor changes.
- Monthly MIS for Electrical Engineering progress
Review of Control & Schematic drawings of HT / LT Switchgear, protection schemes for switchyards.
Bid evaluation and technical review of Vendors offers.
Manage and schedule review of technical submittals of vendors for approvals.
Responsible for Cost savings with respect to the latest technologies and vendor development.
Proactive interaction with the project execution team for resolving the problems.
Responsible for Eng. drawing/SLDs/ data sheet/BOQ approval through Team and consultant.
Responsible for Coordination with different stake holders for BOQ finalisation.
Identify development needs of team members and develop Individual Development Plans (IDP).
