Roles and Responsibilities

Direct Tax

Assisting Tax Audit of Companies, Individuals and partnership firms.

Preparation & filing of Income Tax Return of Companies, Individuals and partnership firms.

Preparation of submissions / replies to be filed before Income tax authorities during various proceedings including preparation of rectification applications to be filed during assessment and appellate proceedings.

Preparation of MIS Reports of Direct Tax Compliances for Review

TDS/TCS Payments & Returns

Form 15CA/CB preparation & filing

Knowledge of winman software is preferable
