Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Taxation Manager to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in taxation, preferably within the broking industry. As a Taxation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax compliance and planning for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance with GST & Income Tax Provisions
- Prepare Direct and Indirect (GST & TDS) tax provisions, returns payments, reports.
- Organism and update the Company's tax database.
- Should be responsible for Registration/ amendment in GST.
- Responsible for preparation and submission of replies of various GST notices.
- Keep up-to-date with tax changes and follow industry trends.
- Liaison with internal and external auditors.
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Preferably from a Broking background.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in taxation, with specific experience in the broking industry highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in tax software and MS Office suite, especially Excel.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team.
