Key Responsibilities:

1. User Support and Query Resolution:

- Address and resolve all tax-related queries from users in a timely and accurate manner.

- Provide clear explanations and guidance on tax concepts, processes, and requirements to users.

2. User Conversion:

- Engage with users to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.

- Encourage and assist users in transitioning from inquiries to active transactions.

3. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with the taxation team to stay updated on the latest tax regulations and policies.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of potential leads and active users.

4. Knowledge Management:

- Continuously update and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of tax-related information and FAQs.

- Share insights and feedback from user interactions to improve internal processes and user resources.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Keep accurate records of user interactions, queries, and resolutions.

- Prepare regular reports on user queries, resolution times, and conversion rates.

Key Pointers-

Handle NRIs/OCIs Taxation service vertical for SBNRI.

Liaison with Chartered Accountants (CAs) and Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) to cater the best solution for users.

Handle trigger-based campaigns for the user base.

Develop and implement strategic plans to boost revenue from the Service vertical.
