Job Description

  • Ensure general Tax Compliance (including enjoyment of tax favorable policies)
  • Timely filing of tax returns
  • Installation of appropriate internal tax processes
  • Monitoring of tax law changes and evaluation of impact for ATS
  • Project related in-house tax consulting
  • Support of tax audits
  • Calculation of deferred taxes
  • Contact person for tax authorities and other government authorities for tax purposes
  • Contact person for external tax advisors
  • Monitoring and evaluation of intercompany transactions
  • Preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation
  • Tax planning and advice, which cover tax favorable policies, general operation base, specific requirements, and new business models
  • Contract Reviews
Your Profile
  • Bachelor Degree/ Master in Acounting/ Finance or related field from recognized institution or any equivalent field, Qualified Accountant preferred
  • At least more than 5-7 years of experience in similar position, preferably in handling MNC tax
  • High level of expertise in national and international tax law
  • Basic IFRS knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills and structured working
  • Full written and oral English proficiency
  • Computer skills: MS Office, SAP
  • Social competence
  • Ability to work well in team environment, flexibility
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and speaking. German/ Chinese as a plus.
  • Flexibility in the course of internal and external negotiations
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and under high pressure
  • Cooperation on international and local projects of different character
  • Willing to have business travel when necessary
