Job Specifications:
Qualifications: Qualified CA
Experience: 3-5 years or above of work experience in income-tax and regulatory (FEMA, Banking / NBFC Regulation, Insurance, ARCs, etc.) matters.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute and supervise the day-to-day tax and regulatory compliance and advisory assignments.
- Accountable for the timely delivery of high-quality engagements
- Assistance in preparation/review of income-tax submissions/compilations for assessment/appellate matters and representation before the income-tax authorities
- Accountable for adherence with internal risk management of the firm.
- Build positive client relationships and demonstrate understanding of the client s requirements and business
- Be up-to-date on developments in income-tax and regulatory space - FEMA, NBFC, Insurance Regulations, etc.
- Assist senior members of team on prospective client pursuits
- Supervise effectively junior team members and take responsibility for reviewing their work
- Play a significant role in knowledge sharing.
Skills
- Good Communication / presentation skills
- Possess good analytical skills and the ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge in income-tax and working knowledge in FEMA, Banking/NBFC Regulations, Insurance, ARCs, etc.
- Delivery of multiple engagements with quality standards and as per the agreed timelines
- Good people and client management skills
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels across the organization.
