This is a great opportunity for a candidate to work in an innovative environment and grow within our business. The Licencing & Tax Analyst prepares license applications, provides customer service, and completes ancillary work following prepping and processing tax licence applications.
- Prepare licensing applications.
- Perform QA on licensing content.
- Provide phone/email support on product functions.
- Maintain and update customer information.
- Work with customers to gather info for tax license applications.
- Identify improvements in licensing processes.
- Identify new or changing license requirements.
- Create placeholders for licensing team application guidance.
- Prepare welcome emails with correct start dates and rates.
- Stay updated on sales and lodging tax rate changes.
- Inform customers of tax rate and filing frequency changes.
- Track down tax returns for new jurisdictions.
- Help with account setup and tax rate assignments for clients.
- Handle sorting, scanning, and sending of physical mail.
- Demonstrate efficiency, and accuracy.
