Job Role: Area Manager
About The Role
Area Manager is core to growing business on TatvaCare patient's platform. The person is responsible for business growth and majorly driving product adoption for making the platform an obvious choice for patients.
What You Will Do
- Be the face of TavaCare platform in the region and ideal leader for the team.
- Building and leading a strong Sales Team.
- Passion first approach in achieving the targets and preparing the team for an aspiring MoM growth by DAU and MAU performance.
- Responsible for handling the complete Doctor Acquisition (Lead Management, Sales,
Onboarding, Training & Customer Success) in the assigned region.
- Analysing market specific requirements and coordinating with cross functional teams for improving the quality of the product
- Be a major stakeholder in product evolution.
- Involves 75% travelling (on ground sales) as you are expected to stay in constant touch with doctors using the platform, by meeting them physically.
What You Should Have
Education: Any Graduate
- Total of 5 to 7 year of Sales/BD experience with a minimum of 2 years of leadership work-ex in leading teams from forefront.
- Prior exposure in HealthTech/Healthcare products as an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: good verbal communicator and presenter.
- Best in Client account management and Relationship management skills.
- Target obsessed and passion driven contributor.
- Be the front runner in taking futuristic responsibilities.
