Job Title: Tamil Telecaller

- Language Requirement: Proficient in Tamil and basic English
Outbound and Inbound Calls:- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide them with relevant information.Customer Interaction:
Communicate clearly and effectively in Tamil to understand customer needs.
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Sales and Promotion:
- Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company.
Assist customers with their queries and resolve any issues they may have.- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
Data Management:- Update customer information in the CRM system.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including the nature of the call, customer feedback, and sales made.Feedback Collection:
Gather customer feedback to improve products, services, and processes.
- Report customer issues and complaints to the relevant departments for resolution.
- Key Skills and Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Tamil (both written and spoken); basic English is an added advantage.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain products/services clearly.
Customer Service Orientation:
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.Sales Acumen:
Experience in sales or a strong persuasive ability is preferred.Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computer operations, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet targets.
Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Experience: Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
