The Oracle Technical Account Manager will lead, manage, and oversee Oracle-based implementation, Run & Maintain and upgrade projects. This individual will ensure that all Oracle-related initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Oracle applications, experience in managing large-scale Oracle projects, and a strong background in project management methodologies.

Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, timelines, deliverables, and resources needed.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders (business units, technical teams, vendors) to ensure alignment on project objectives and expectations.
- Lead the planning and execution of Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations (e.g., Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Fusion).
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, business analysts, and subject matter experts (SMEs), to achieve project goals.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to ensure high team morale and productivity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Oracle project-related communication, including meetings, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring resource allocation is optimal and projects remain within financial constraints.
- Track project expenditures and perform regular budget reviews, providing timely reports to senior management.
Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor project progress against milestones and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of Oracle system implementations or enhancements.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key project achievements, risks, and mitigation actions.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
